About Us

Tyddyn Bach Trust offers a number of services providing practical and emotional support to those living with chronic and life-limiting conditions including HIV in the U.K. along with their partners, carers or children. The services offered are based at Tyddyn Bach with our outreach programme serving a wider North Wales Community.

The community within the centre is strong and dynamic, and we pride ourselves on the friendships made between clients & staff. As a non-medical centre, Tyddyn Bach focuses on warmth and homeliness; a welcoming environment to rest and recuperate at your own pace and a place where you can just be yourself. Staff and volunteers are on hand should you need help, support and friendship, but equally you can have your own space to rest, read and do your own thing; if you are energetic perhaps a walk in the hills, the beach or even shops, what ever you enjoy
Location
Tyddyn Bach is a large Edwardian house with extensive grounds situated on the beautiful North Wales coast, within walking distance of Penmaenmawr and the beach along with all the essential amenities. The first impression one has on arrival is a far cry from that of the usual cold, impersonal clinic.
