"After weeks of worrying about going for respite thinking I was going into care, I couldn't have been more wrong about Tyddyn Bach.  I was met at the station by a warm greeting and smiley face, bags carried and my mind set at ease almost immediately.  The house was loverly and nothing as I have expected - I felt at home as I walked through the door.  It was warm and cosy and I knew I could just be myself.  Everyone was just so friendly all very naturally no putting on an act for my benefit, just naturally welcoming and friendly - nothing was too much trouble.  My room was huge with a double bed and fantastic view of the sea; I felt so at home.  The food was wonderful and I put on almost 4 pounds (too many homemade cakes won't have helped).  I cannot recommend this place enough.  I arrived stressed, very tired and emotional and left focussed and calm.  Its not a nursing home and its not a sterile hotel - its my new home by the sea.
